Overview of Services

FENO Histology Core Facility provides histotechnical service for different spieces and tissues.

FENO offers

  • Tissue processing, sectioning, and staining of formalin fixed and fresh frozen tissues
  • IHC on automated BOND RXm
  • on automated Leica Bond RXm
  • IF with automated Leica Bond RXm
  • Opal 4- and 7 Color with automated Leica Bond RXm
  • RNAScope (InSitu Hybridization)
  • H&E staining
  • Special stainings (PAS, SiriusRed, Perl's Iron staining, etc.)
  • Slide scanning (bright field and polarization)
