Manipulation of gene expression during mouse development is a powerful tool for querying the role of specific genes in development and disease. INFINiGENE (Infrastructure for in utero genetic manipulation) is a facility which utilizes ultrasound-guided nano-injection to introduce DNA-modifying agents during embryonic development, or in adult mice.
We perform in utero injections, and can additionally provide support during planning of in vivo injection experiments and assistance when applying for ethical permits, as well as collection and processing of embryos. We offer support at different levels depending on the demands of the users.
